Help!
heli keeps flying backwards and sideways

Hello everyone, I just bought a Alloy Structure 350 R/C Helicopter. The first time I flew it, it was fine. Now all of the sudden when I fly it, it goes backwards or sideways. I have worked with the trim already and that didn't help. I don't see anything wrong with what I can see of the heli. Can anyone help me please?
Thank you in advance!

Did you hit something? What kind of heli? Does it have a swash plate?
are the linkages ok? Did you check your servos?

Heli's are for people that like to fix / work on stuff....

I looked up Alloy 350 and it's a Coaxial? I don't think trimming would help in that case. Have you checked if the helicopter is balanced? Do what this guy did two minutes into the video.

Finding the CG on a 450 Helicopter (3 min 36 sec)

I actually have a block of modeling clay in my parts bin for balancing my helicopters.

Sorry to be so curt, I just got raped by the Tax Man and my bank.
Normally I'm pretty helpful, caught me on a crappy day.

Good thing I already paid for my heli parts, or I would be
down for a month. Working for yourself is just way too much
hassle anymore.

It's a 3 channel coax. All you have to work with is weight distribution, like battery position.

I'm new to this, I have no idea how to work on these. Soooo, I don't know what to do. I guess I will take it to a local dealer and see if they can fix it.

I don't know where you got it, but those are basically generic toys. There isn't much you can do other than shift or add weight. There are no adjustments you can make to control side movement since it has no ability to control side movement. Forward/backward movement is controlled by the tail motor and you don't have a lot of control over it. If changing weight distribution doesn't help, it may a problem with the motor or the board. You may find someone in the coaxial forum who can help, as that's where the 3 channel coax fans hang out. But, there just aren't a lot of options open to you.

Check the linkage on the top blade - if the ball link between the flybar and the blade comes loose, it will want to tip over.
