I think problem solved. First load test OK, i want to do one or two more.

The problem was in only one engine and related to a bad solder between ESC and engine.

I had a similar problem in my other QUAD.

One question. Any one have tryed to build with an accelerometer and arduino a system to dinamicaly equilibrate motor-propellers?
Like wheel balancing systems in cars workshop.

Well, I dont know if what you are describing has been made, but I like the idea...

Alternatively I would think that an arduino solution to measure and visualize vibrations with a cheapo accel breakout like a BMA020 would be a very useful tool for us coding-impaired geezers... Especially if it was small enough to be mounted on a copter and could log vibration during flight!

Accels have been used by several ppl to measure vibration from different motor/prop combos. Rustys motor test rig is a nice example:

MikroKopter vibration test, using onboard accel:

Maybe something similar could be developed for MWC or ArduPirates....

I have been looking at these for awhile now, close to pulling the trigger. I want to build a dynamic balancer.

Would that by any chance be a XXX-copter...

Okto would be nice, although I dont plan to build one right away...

Now that we got a really good stable mode, Id rather see Heading Hold and Height hold implemented and perfected!

Nah - not what you think.

It's an Octo with 4 extra vertical motors for more forward speed.
Can carry real heavy cameras without the need to nick in high speed forward flights.

Patents pending...

Implementing a new XYZ conf is not very hard, but it takes some time especially to keep a nice GUI look.

It's for sure possible to make at least a 8 motors conf (probably 10 or 12 are possible) with this very nice board.
I think it's up to Paul to decide which will be the first in multiwii for mega, you can be imaginative and think about the alphabet (X,+,Y,H,O,W,V,M,T,U,*)

Thanks Alex for the compliment and even more thanks for the offer to choose the octo configuration, what a honor.
I never build a octo at the moment i am happy to get a quad in the air and thanks to your great software its working now.
I will investigate for discussion about it, but i always liked those H configurations.
