If you have not done this before take care, read all the info re making packs and LiPo’s generally, consider, the electrical, mechanical and failure issues before you proceed.
I failed to consider the mechanical and failure issues and when an individual cell failed paid the price of the whole pack instead of just 1 cell, as a result.

Do not use the PCBs that you can buy with ETec cells unless you
a. are prepared to solder then solidly fix them in place either inside the heatshrink or with glue etc since if the PCB can move the LiPo tabs will fracture in due course and you will:
b probably loose all the cells because once they are soldered in place it is hard to unsolder them without loosing tabs and hence cells
The PCB epoxied to the cell later in the thread seems to be a better bet. If a cell goes you will probably be able to salvage the others and maybe add a new cell to the pack to reconstitute it. You should not have too many problems with tab fractures and should be able to provide strain relief without to many problems.
