That current and power seems way way higher than it should be, especially for the rpm, which is not that high. Beiung higher than peter saw for a 13x8 is definitely odd. I'd have expected under 40A, even the peak value hot off charge.
I wonder whether the TGS props just eat a lot of amps? I also wonder whether the Kv on your motor is higher than spec. |

Maidened my boomer today.
G46 670 kv running 12 x 8 prop. Able to pull verticals with three quarter throttle. 3 clicks of trim needed only, 12 minutes of flight on a 4500 4s battery with 40% remaining. Tracks straight and true, not a single issue, very happy with conversion. very quiet, sort of like a stealth trainer remarked one observer. |
