I have no problem waiting. I expect it to take anywhere around 3 weeks to a month and a half when ordering from overseas, especially with free shipping. I do however have a HUGE problem with ordering an item hours after its listed, having it say processing for 8 days and the item still showing as "in stock" then magically coming up back ordered and out of stock.

What's the average responsetime of the BG customer service?
I haven't got any responses to my email for about 6 days

I already resent my emails, but no response either.

Haven't had such problems before.

I placed a small "test" order with Banggood after reading this thread. Order placed on 10/22. I received received an email on 10/23 saying part of the order has shipped.
Have not received this shipment yet.

Received a second email on 10/30 stating rest of order has shipped which I have received.

Would not have been to concerned except the second part of the order shipped 8 days later was received last week.

Banggood if you read this the order is #

So my opinion is now 100 % success with Banggood.

I will update post if items received.

Never assume anything about China post. Each package has a life of its own, it takes 10-30+ days for packages to arrive. It happens that a package arrive before one which shipped earlier... I expect your first package to arrive within a few days.

I have received almost all the stuff I was talking about earlier. Just took an extra week this time which is not banggoods fault. I will continue to order from banggood. Very happy. Except for the banggood stick on my v911 canopy that comes off in pieces. I don't mind them in hidden places, but this detracts from the appearance. Also having to explain the name sometimes gets funny. Still, a happy customer here. Don't hesitate to order from them guys.

Ordered 2 different times with the same items and one took 3 weeks and the second order took 6 weeks, Customs has to take everything out and play with it for a few days before they send it on the rest of the way.

Hm same prob with me.
Try to copy and paste your mails into the "live-chat" - its no real chat but a web-based mail port.

My german mail adresses are not being delivered to banggood's CS - server-problem on their site or chinese gov.
Receiving their answers is possible, though.

You're right. I recently got an email from my mailer-daemon :

"I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

I'm not going to try again; this message has been in the queue too long."

That's from my mail sent on 11/13/2012

Banggood has really bad nameserver problems.
Never had such problems before.
From time to time I also get these Nameserver errors when accessing the webshop

That MJX 47 looks nice! But at $50 it's expensive compared to the V911. I would rather have it cost $70 and be flybarless! They should be able to get a FBL controller added for less than $20.

Well here we go. Ordered from Banggood on Nov. 5. They took my money via paypal (fivesstore@gmail.com) and thats the only correspondence I have to prove it. I tried the instant message on there site and spoke to someone who told be it was shipped a week later and gave me a tracking number which is fine. I asked to have all of the information sent to me by email because I have not got any emails from them at all. None zero no conformation of purchase or conformation of shipping or tracking. I have now tried the instant messaging again with no luck contacting anyone. Its looking more and more like a scam to me. The tracking number hasn't changed location in a couple of week. Hoping this turns out to be a legit company to do business with.
