Also, if you can find a Duratrax Evader BX, they are a good value for the money. They have bearings all around, aluminum shocks, and a 1 year guarantee on most of the parts. (If you break a shock tower or a suspension arm or something you just mail it in and they will replace it for free!) You can also buy stronger parts for when you want to make the jump to brushless. (Metal idler gear for the transmission and CVD's.) Mine has held up very well and I've had it for around 3 years now.

you don't know what an esc is? the bandit works well if you are racing other bandits but against most rc's that you will see racing in 2wd buggy classes.

i cant find any Duratrax Evader BX for sale well not many

looks like the Duratrax Evader BX is out dated i dont think i can buy a new one let me look a little bit more

Yea they have been discontinued, and the model they replaced it with has bushings and plastic shocks. You can still get parts for it though on EBay and Tower Hobbies.

Thunder Tiger had a buggy out for a bit comparable to the Evader BX, think it was discontinued too. I really think they were the same and licensed copies of the Associated B3. The Electrix Boost came out after the Thunder Tiger went out so I wonder about it too.

The local track here tried to start a Boost box stock class but it didn't take off.

oh well i think ill just stick to short course trucks
