Thought I would share my design for the back of my F-150 - OPEN bed, no cover. It is built for two right now but can very easily add another slot for three planes total. Should be able to haul 4 planes easily as my Apprentice can go inside the truck.

I added a tail holder in the rear for extra stability and an extra one can be added for a third plane as well. Finally I added a brace in the front for added stability. Should be perfect for highway speeds. Luckily the place I fly at the most is about 2 minutes away and I don't drive faster than 35-40 MPH. This will be more than enough for that.

Yea two bungee cords works actually really well...had two in the garage and they just happened to be the perfect lengths to wrap around and hook them to my tiedown hooks
