Hi, Steve! Have not spent time with the Spirit of St. Louis model build since I banged up my right knee. For some time it was quite painful to stand on my leg at the workbench and try to concentrate on model construction. Wimp that I am, I have been sitting on the shop stool and finishing my scratch/plan build Midwest Tri-Squire. The good news is that the pain abatement gets better each day now and I am down to one pain medication per day. Still walk around a bit like Grandpa McCoy at times, however, at least I am walking. Thanks for stopping in at the shop, my friend.

Soft landings,

Joe

Get knee better....get back on "Spirit...ugh!! (said in best phoney old "native American" movie tongue)...

And when people ask how I am doing, I say.."Still vertical, still have a pulse, anything above ground you're doing good"!!!

SteveT.

But I hope you do get doing better soon. I am one person that definitely knows about bad knees!!
