Short question: Where to connect bluetooth module?

is there a way to flash the GPS with a MAC ? my win cannot do that and i really do not want to spend any more time trying

M4d_D; there should be a Mac-tool around, I think once saw it at the MK forums where I referred to for the alternate tool. Please ask your questions regarding flashing the GPS in the appropriate thread BTW

Hi M4d_D, have just done a quick search through my bookmarks, but don't seem to be able to find it anymore

Of course you can ask the questions here as it's (somewhat ) regarding Flyduino hardware, but for reference it's also good to have all info centralized. Wasn't trying to push you away or anything!

Let me have a look again tonight for the tools for Mac. Mediatek's SDK is only available for Win.

which battery is used in the gps bob ? which voltage do i need there ? does it have any effect on the gps itself if i use the wrong battery ? i managed to flash the gps now after a few hours of trial and error and the multiwiii gui shows that it is connected but if i choose a swich and try to activate the gps the box does not turn green like all other sensors do when i activate them with the radio

Guntars; i believe bluetooth needs the RTS/CTS mechanism for communication with the board. Maybe even DTR is required, but not sure about that. I don't think this isn't implemented in the Multiwii software serial protocol, but a part of 'basic' Arduino communication.

But I might be entirely wrong, please check the Multiwii-gods over at that thread

M4d_D: I just went to the supermarket and got a CR2025 buttoncell 3V Lithium battery. 3V seemed safe because it runs on that, mine's empty already anyway Several pages back in this thread Paul (Goofy23) commented on the necessity of that battery.

The MICROWII 10DOF all-in-one flightcontroller

It looks lovely and has nice specs,but why only six Tx inputs?
I use one aux for changing the tilt of the cam, one for the camtrigger and one tristate to switch flightmodes and even that seemed too few for me, as I was thinking of getting an 8 channel Tx.

Hi marc,

sorry, but it's not possible! Since the mega32U4 has only one UART you can use either the Spektrum Sat or a Bluetooth module.
