help with TX choice!!!

I have been racking my brain trying to make a choice on a 2.4TX. I am currently flying a 9CSuper on fm. The Fut.8J seems like an option as does the much higher priced 8FG. I fly planes from 5oz. to 50cc. I never found myself needing more than the 9C provided. I'm not 1 to need a bunch of extra stuff that I don't use. do you think the 8J would suit my needs? In other words, would it handle a 50cc with choke, dual elev etc. without issue?

Also, why do I hear folks saying the 8J does not offer full range performance? Is this fact?
I appreciate any advice that can be given!!!

At this moment there are some nice deals on the "old" Hitec Aurora 9, maybe something to consider.
I just recieved mine a week ago and very happy with it.

Great deal for an Aurora 9 in the UK: http://www.airtekhobbies.com/aurora9.html

200 ($320) for a A9 with Optima 7 Rx
220 ($350) for a A9 with Optima 9 Rx

I think I paid around 280 ($445) for my A9 with an Optima 9, year before last.
