FJ1 Fury 1s edf

Noticed this thread a few weeks back so thought I would experiment.
I took a 3view and some 3mm depron and made a FJ1 Fury, using a DelTang receiver and 2x 1.7gm HobbyKing servos, the fan is out of an Airhogs A10 with no modifications.
We have a success see link to video, this was its second flight, the first was just the same no adjustments required

Also have attached a photo of the build.
Let me know what you think.
Span 16" weight 26gm including 190mahr cell, thrust from fan unit 11.5gm. simple jedelsky wing.

It took a while but now is ready!
This iteration is slightly larger, features some structural improvements and more importantly I've used the 8mm brushless inrunner.
Had several flight before getting into paintjob and i can tell you that is noticeably faster than previous iterations. I had to correct the thrust line by applying some up thrust as it tended to pitch down with motor on and abruptly pitched up when cutting gas.
This model could probably have some benefits by using AS3X...
I really must find some red stars to complete it.

Thanks guys!
It's a heck of a lot more work to get something to this stage than most people realize.

Mike,
Where can I buy your kit?. I'd like to have one. Does it come with retracts? Also have you tried the 1s 8mm brushless upgrade yet? It's actually pretty cool. I have not done anything with these in about 3 months. I've been flying the wings off the Pitts UMX. But I've come to my senses now.

Hi Mutcake,
It doesn't come with retracts and you can't buy it. I made a few for my friends, I have one left I was saving for you. PM me your address and I'll send it to you with a couple P-80 foam kits.
Mike

PM'D, Thank you Very much. This is extremely kind of you.
I want to put the 8mm HH brushless upgrade in my kit. It will be a blast.
