Overview
The Ares™ [air-eez] Ethos QX 75 may be small in size but it’s big on performance and capability for both first-time and experienced quadcopter pilots. The advanced 3-axis gyro control system offers precise control and maximum stability while the nano-micro size allows for easy flying in smaller indoor spaces and fully proportional 4-channel control offers plenty of maneuverability for flying outdoors in light wind conditions too.

The innovative ‘Automatic Flip Mode’ allows almost anyone to perform 360° flips with just the push of a button on the transmitter and the unique body design offers improved visibility to help maintain orientation. An advanced design and composite materials result in low weight and incredible durability plus the airframe is 100% factory-assembled and ready-to-fly right out of the box – no tools or assembly required!

Also in the box is everything needed to fly including AA batteries for the ergonomic 4-channel transmitter equipped with 2.4GHz technology, an LCD screen, dual rates and a built-in USB port, a class-leading 300mAh 1S 3.7V LiPo battery and a dual port DC USB charger for charging from almost any computer or USB power source. That means there’s nothing extra to buy and you can be ready to fly within minutes of opening the box.

So whether you’re a first-time or experienced pilot, there’s no better way to enjoy nano-micro sized quadcopter flying and no better value than the Ethos QX 75!

Judging from the tx, it is possibly a rebranded SH quad. The canopy looks great! Certainly will help with the orientation that's for sure.

Hello James,

While it's become increasingly common for others to simply rebrand quads from various factories ours features Ares-exclusive software, hardware, body and more not found in any other model from any factory. The Ethos QX 75 flies unlike any other model in its class and certainly doesn't look like any others

The canopy weight does no effect the quad whatsoever. The way it is design keeps it attached to the quad much better then any others that I have seen.

Transmitter looks the same to me.

The transmitter looks really similar. What a coincidence!

San Lian Huan transmitters are unique in such a way that their trims are located in a unconventional positions - two are below the sticks and two are at the corners of the transmitter.

A photo of the receiver board will reveal if this is indeed "Ares-exclusive".

Having been to the factory multiple times and worked with the engineers directly, I can say for 100% certain that the software and hardware used for the Ethos QX 75 is not the same as in any of the SH models shown and available now And I never did say the transmitter or some airframe parts were exclusive to Ares, but those certainly do not affect flight performance anywhere near as much as the software and components used on the control unit do.

BTW, the Ethos QX 75 is in stock now and the best way to see the difference in the software, hardware and flight performance is firsthand

Thank you FyreSG!

Also, I really enjoyed your "Take One for the Fleet" story but am very sorry for your loss I've lost some of my favorite models over the years and it's taught me one very, very valuable lesson: if it becomes a favorite be sure to buy a spare (or two)!
