I don't think this is one of Kakuta's 'thopters. I think it's that other asian chap who improved on the festo design. What a difference a two surface wing makes. This one looks great in the air...a lot better than festo's.
I still don't see a quality glide, though. As with most 'thopters, the wings are optimized for flapping, not gliding.
