I have the turnigy 1800 mah 25c constant 50c burst with the turnigy 35-36c 1100kv 35 amp and am looking at getting a turnigy trust 45 amp esc will this combo work well or will it have issues? I have been reading a lot and there is soo much info I just want to make sure I'm not going to mess anything up thanks!

Wondering 'If it will work' is meaningless without specifying the prop. With no prop it will run happily, but do no useful work. With a 14" prop on 3S, it will overheat. And without the intended application, there is no criteria to assess how well it works.
The motor will work OK on 3S with props up to 13x6.5 or 12x8, at around 34A and 32A respectively. The ESC is rated comfortably above that,. The battery would be running at about 19C at 34A, so should also be OK.
The combination will work very well for 3D models up to about 2lbs, and still excellent aerobatic performance up to 3-3.5lbs. Probably a little light on for the 48" class 3D models, but fine for around 40-42".

You will get decent performance with that prop, and scope to increase prop size in future. the battery is well suited to the lower current that prop requires (about 22A).
Make sure the motor shaft is the right size for the folding prop collet adapter,
The BEC should be fine with 6 servos.
Welcome to RCGroups. Just a tip - better off to provide more than less info when asking a question. The application in this case EG pro is always relevant, and you just can't talk power without talking prop size - the motor doesn't 'make' the power on the specs - that's just the max it can handle which depends on voltage and prop size.
