I put together a fairly simple spreadsheet to track my flights - at least it started simply enough. Its grown a little bit, but Its still a pretty light solution for this. Its an excel spreadsheet (multi-tabbed) that tracks flights, usage on batteries, repairs, etc.

It does seem to require Excel 2002 or better (gives me fits on 2000), and still requires that you manually click on any cell in the pivot tabs to get the pivot tables to update (Ill get that macro fixed eventually).

I know there are a bunch of flight logs out there... but for my use, everything was either a monolithic software package, or a very complicated spreadsheet. I wanted something a little easier to use/maintain.

If you too are looking for something a little simpler and possess at least basic excel skills, you are welcome to try this one.

Glad to hear you can get some use out of it... I have made some additional mods to it, I actually would have to go read my own notes to recall what they were. In any case, if you havent gotten too far in, it may be worth taking V2.2.

Hope it works well for you... Its been pretty stable since going to V2.2. I dont have anything on my list of ideas to add anymore, mostly because I was trying to keep it simple.
