Ok our local club wants to start doing some combat, I'm trying to find a setup that includes a RTF plane for about $50.00 The RTF factor is important because people hate building and it means everyone will have the same stuff so its spec.

It can be a profile or full fuse but it would be recommend it is not very large as indoor combat is also a possibility.

Any help would be grateful.

Any of the Pizza box, disc style, or wings, could fit the bill. Examples would be, leadfeathers PBF, a nutball, mini nutball, GWS ladybug, mini popwing.

Some of the guys use this Bug for combat painted up in appropriate combat finish. I don't have a Bug myself but I use the Pizza Box made from $ Store foam, there again, painted up in combat colours. This one is chewed up a little more since the pic with bullet holes and flak damage. The Zero is getting a little rough around the edges.

Pretty good looking deal, it may not get much better than that
Finish up with some cheap HK radios and you'll be good to go.

I personally like lazertoyz, they are fast, reasonable, and great to deal with. I have also met them in person and they are the real deal. I have some of their motors, esc's, kits and accessories.

Thanks for the links, but I really need an RTF or Plug In Fly type plane where you just insert the rx and go fly, this is meant to be something almost disposable.

We also want it to be a spec class so people have to run what the item comes with, I'm looking at this plane from value hobby, what do you guys think:

You have conflicting criteria. Pick 2 of 3 is about as well as you can do:
1. RTF
2. Combat able (I assume meaning not destroyed with a first hit or crash)
3. $50

Yep if you want cheap, you have to build it

I'd suggest building one if your aiming for that price range.

Ok assume the budget is 65.00, what are the options?
