Call me old fashioned but I'd install pushrods on rudder and elevator before attempting to fly

Other than that just the usual, verify centre of gravity, check for warped surfaces, control surfaces are moving in the right direction, and that the propeller is mounted and spins correctly.

Good luck!

Watch for a warped wing, the small rudder can't overcome much warp.

Thanks Pete, I did notice a little warp in the wing, I think I got it out last night by setting it up on the build board and re wetting the tissue.

I have that plane and it flies really well indoors. Like others have said be careful of warps in the wing. I had issues with going from the warm house, to the cold dry car, and then to the warm humid armory I fly in. It would look great at home and by the time I got there it would be a little out of trim. I wound up eventually replacing the wing covering with some matching parklite and it has been good since. I also made another hole for the rudder a bit farther in so I could get more throw, but it's not really needed unless you are in a really tiny space.
