Here's some similar testing I performed when charging 6S packs...
When charging 3S packs at high current from an inverter generator, it's best to avoid ~12.5 - 15.0 volts. When charging 6S, it's best to stay at or below ~24.0 volts or above ~28.0 volts.
As Red clearly states, this poses no issue when charging from wall power provided you're not operating at the limit of your power supply.
