2835- 750kv 4S.. 1045 ( seems perfect )
![]() But your plan is to use 12 in hmm.. and push things more to there limit ? hmm to me it sounds like the head speed would drop and you would not get as good as a performance as you could with smaller props.. but if you have tested this on your quad .. could be something to think about. Quote:

in theory.. best hovering time comes when the hovering power= rating power.. but then you wont take off... so leave about 20%~30% margin for take off and emergency maneuverability.. i have tired over-sized prop on my x250.. and they work pretty well.. for the large ones.. i'm still waiting for new motor... they shouldve come today.. but apprantly.. ICS delayed my packages |

Here is the mini..
Second flight outdoors... I had to turn down the rudder control.. on Vtail.. I had to bump it to .. 125% to get it to turn quickly.. on Y4 I had to lower it to 80% .. Y4 Seem so much more powerful.. If I let it get up high.. then drop it down fast.. I have to use 100% power to not let it hit the grounds.. Guess it picks ups some momentum.. as it falls.. So far I like it.. hard to tell from the video ..but it does fly good.. bit more practice... and its a keeper.. ![]()
