How do you turn OFF a switch on a DX-7 radio?

Hi to all,
I have a DX-7 and have mixed the aileron with the AUX2 because I am using two servos for the ailerons and need the end point adjustment for each.......I can get that to work , but I want to turn OFF the toggle switch to the AUX 2 in the top of the radio for saftey reasons.
So my question is how do I turn the toggle off....but still have the mix on at all times? I'm sure that this is simple.......but can't figure it out.
Thanks and happy flying!!

SYSTEM MODE, INPUT SELECT, AUX2, INH

It affects the action of the switch, not the mix.

See Input Select in the manual (page 38 in my version).

Wouldn't it be better to use Flaperon mode with dual ailerons?
You can still adjust endpoints, plus you get differential mode.
And if you want you can get flaps. (By default they are on, so you have to go into the flap system menu and set everything to zero to disable them)

I agree it's a better solution. I was just answering the direct question, assuming there was some reason for not using the built-in mix.

This is one of those cases where before giving the answer you need to make sure the question is the right one.
