It's made by a company called ARF in Zhuhai, China. The company is no longer existent because the owners went in different ways. One of them is now running Goldwing. There are still some ARF kits available, which seem to have recently become popular here in China, which is a bit ironic. Everyone whom I have met and who has flown ARF planes says they are good-to-fly planes.

Let me post a few more pictures of another ARF plane. This one is a 50E Extra 260, running on a 22.2v 2200mAh pack. It harriers with minimum wing rocking.
