Question
Getting started with Powerlab8, Powerstation and Tattu 16000 mah batteries

Hello
I'm new to all this, and would appreciate any/all constructuive suggestions!

So I have my Powerlab8 with EC5 connector on the input; I need to connect this to the power supply (PowerStation); do I just snip off the EC5 and put the bare wires into the 24V terminals at the back of the PowerStation?

The Powerlab8 comes with the SPA adapter. The balance lead from the Tattu 16000 battery has a 7-pin plug, with one red lead and 6 black. Which way around does this plug into the SPA adapter?

I've soldered AS150/XT150 female plugs on to the battery leads, ready for my DJI S1000+. Can I now solder XT150 male leads onto the Powerlab8 output leads to improve charge time? (i.e. not just run with the balance lead only).

Thanks in advance,
Dave

For the power station, I would make an EC5 pigtail, strip the wires on one end then connect that to the posts on the power station. Then connect the EC5 on the charger to the pigtail.

For the Spa you will need to be JST-XH wiring mode which requires the balance leads AND the main leads. So yes, build a cable to as you described.

For balance pin orientation the SPA as text stenciled on to help. See below.
