Amazing after sales service
I was watching this review on a camera for FPV..
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wdqsClsJyUU It sounded good, so I purchased one from the shop:http://www.securitycamera2000.com/pr...-Menu-DNR.html Two weeks later it arrived....WRONG config..NTSC instead of PAL..  I noticed their site had an online helper, so I explained the problem....took a couple of pics showing the NTSC sticker on the camera & the box & emailed them... No problem, she says, send it back, email us a copy of the shipping slip. which I did. Next day, email arrived stating my PayPal had been credited the shipping cost  ...Today advice that a new camera had been dispatched....my return hasn't arrived yet!Credit where credit's due...This has to be the best service from a Chinese supplier I have had, & I told them so.... The camera, from the review sounds great.Can't wait to use it |

Yep, nothing but good things from these guys! First time I ordered I had a phone call from them to make sure It was me who made the order.

Yeah I got my FPV cam from them too, I had some questions and they answered them immediately. Service was 10/10 and shipping time 10/10 and price 9/10

I concur, Nothing but tip top service from securitycamera2000.com.
I think as well as my cam I also got my Vtx/rx from them too. I also have this cam, its fantastic. |
