Lipo voltage/ capacity question

Hey guys I'm sleepy and had a couple beers my brain isnt working... I need some help with a pretty simple question...

If I take 2x 11.1v 2200mah lipo batteries and I wire them in series, what will be the new combined battery capacity ?

22.2 volt 2200mah or 4400mah ?

thanks

4400mah if you series, 2200mah at 22.2V if parallel.

You have it backwards.

22.2V 2200mAH if you series.

11.1V 4400mAH if you parallel.

You had that backwards, if you put 2 11.1V 2200mah in series, you will have 22.2 w/ 2200.

In parallel you have 11.1 w/ 4400.

Remember each of your 3s(series) 11.1 battery packs is just three-3.7v cells wired in series so the voltage is added. If you wire another 3s battery in series you will end up with a 6 cell battery, six-3.7v cells making 22.2v.

Wow... lets see how the next person can come up with the next creative way to explain what has already been explained 4 times before him/her.

Maybe someone can make flash cards.

yeah maybe I should take a crack at this If you put if you put the two in parallel, you might get the same set of lingerie but double the mail order brides, but if you put them in series, then you will double the amount of lingerie but have the same amount of brides with with beers. Ok time for me to knock of the beers in front of the computer!
