Hi, I receive a Hacker brushless motor B40 11S + MAXON 4,4:1 Keramik but i donīt know nothing about motors with gearboxes and i would like to know what size of propeller i can use and for what Weight of glider i can used , can any body help me please ?

The motor is rated at 500 Watts for 15 seconds - quite enough to take a 2 to 3 pound glider to a decent height at a decent lick. You'll need to run it on a 3S Lipo pack and it'll be drawing up to 40 Amps, so you need a 50 to 60 Amp ESC for it. In a glider, a folding prop around 11 x 8 would be a good starting point, but check current and motor heating during a short run.
