you sure do have some tough questions early in the morning. as a club member I would say it's perfectly okay for 3 D hobby shop to come join in on the fun. hell gary invited just not his sponsor ship package. its really up to them

Lately I've been getting the feeling there are forums, companies, and individuals who are driving wedges between groups and clubs. I hate to see that happen and the club leadership in all the clubs can easily prevent it from happening. Clubs are non-profits and don't need to please any one "individual". These individuals or companies really don't do that much for the club as much as they serve their own interests.

What I see inevitably happening is those who promote this kind of BS will not have very warm welcomes at the flying fields. It's already happening here in San Antonio.

Lets add friendships to the list. Fun Flys are mostly created to bring new and old friends all back together and enjoy this hobby together. I need to protect my friendships as this is a very big part of the hobby.

Right behind you on that one Joe!! I think we invest the time, travel, and expense to attend events first and foremost for the friendships.

ARCA is well known to host kick a$$ events and it wasn't the big name sponsors that enticed me to attend. It was the opportunity to fly with a great bunch of guys from across the state.

It's looking much better today on how the calendar will work out! Events up there, Kingsbury, and Coover's Fly In...we'll have some good opportunities to hang out this coming spring.

And I'll be up there for your freeze fly too!

ok guys we are pursuing the march dates for TEFF. as soon as we get our sanction i will be opening a new thread. and its strictly electric...i tried my gas bros but you cant win them all
