Hmm I like the LCD idea.
Would be pretty handy for setting up junk like RECEIVER TRIM. I found out stuff flies MUCH BETTER if centered sticks are actually at ZERO lol. |

Yes, the LCD really handy at field. no more guesing and Mike has done a great job to the XXControl code with some nice and simple stick setup.
The LCD will be compatible to Sparkfun so more user can leverage it. I will get some open programming data possible tomorrow. |

Honestly, Z06 is right, the KK boards are great. very easy to set up, and they fly really nice. I have been able to get all of mine to hands off hover. But I also like the adrino setup with the WMP. they are fun to mess with and the auto level is a nice feature. But with the new quadrino board out that one I think will top most boards, as all sensors are intigrated into the board, and has room for expantion..

True, but it is only one of the few that actually have a warrany, and you don't have to send it back to China. they are state side, and have great tech support,

KK is not death...

board mounted on my test quad.
the leds are the LED Bugeyes from daedalus multicopter http://multicopterstore.com/Store/pr...=LED%2C-Bugeye i made some flights on weekend. i used the single wing mixing in my tx to fly it in x mode. everything works like expected. the preloaded firmware was XXcontroller KR v.1.5 from minsoo. so i also tested the different flight modes. videos of my testflights will follow... |

So, if KK boards becoming really cheap, lets "stack" KK boards, each board does its specific thing (one reading gyros, one reading accelerometers, 1 doing the PID & mixing ...) and let them "talk together, 1 is the master, the others are the slaves that sent their sensor readings to the master (during the 20mSec down signal from the receiver)...
I am just dreaming ... "Long live the KK-boards" manuLRK PS : hope to get the KK plus test board soon... Here a standard KK board V6 TH with external gyro. Will see if Dan's board will behave the same.

Easy upgrade to other Gyro and more..
as your wish... easy upgarde to other gyro
the close to final board will have the connection ready for other gyro and WIP on that MEMS gyro as well..  are you happy now...and more features coming.. stay tuned...
