Jim,
For now they're only available via the NQRC store in AU, though we ship out to the US no problem (about $9 USD postage typically). In the near future stores like RCBuilder and possibly MountainModels will be carrying them. Paul |

G'day there Kevin,
Must be one heck of a change to be in a near permanent ice-box compared to a furnace ![]() At the moment, no, here's no Canadian distributor of the PLDaniels electronics, so it's going to either be a direct purchase or... Fortunately I've found that shipping isn't too bad up to 125g weight, typically comes out at just about $10 AUD. Paul. |

Remember, These products are designed and manufactured here in Australia, these are not imports. Keeping R/C knowledge and technology local! The "Lost model alarm", a device you rarely think about until it's too late. It's so easy to lose a model in grass and walk within a meter of it while looking but still not find it. Save yourself a lot of trouble and get one of these light weight, loud time savers. Bonus feature: The new LMA-02's have a built in 220uF Low-ESR cap which actually assists in keeping your receiver/servos voltages more stable, so even when it's not helping you find your model the LMA is still being a useful participant! If you put them into an 'echo chamber' in your plane somewhere (eg, empty fuselage section) you'll find that they can sound even louder depending on the configuration. Compatible with PPM, PCM and Spektrum receivers. At only 7.5g weight even with 150mm of lead this is a light weight gadget that is a huge time saver. These are for 4 cell / 5V systems. If you want a 5-cell capable unit, then I suggest the PLD-LMA-LVA ( http://nqrc.com/?vp=PLD-LMA-LVA ) Available now at - http://nqrc.com/?vp=PLD-LMA-02 ($23.00 AUD / ~$19 USD)

New product: 8A BRUSHED ESC, 7g with leads
http://nqrc.com/?vp=PLD-ESC08A , $23.00 AUD Made especially for the small balsa planes like the Stevens Aero Diddlebugs, Mountain Models Cessna 180 and the PLDaniels EasyBox-II. Planes using the GWS IPS, LPS, 280 or 150 motors up to 3S lipo. There's some hefty over-engineering in these ESCs, lots of decoupling for reduced electrical noise to the receiver/servos, underrated switching MOSFET to ensure things keep cool. Supplied with JST leads. Features the very safe 3-stage arming sequence (0%->100%->0% throttle) to greatly reduce the chance of accidental startups in the workshop when you forget the transmitter is at full throttle (it's saved me a few times!).

Finally after a couple of years of people repeatedly asking, I'm glad to announce that the servo "Go slow" unit for standard servos is now back on the market from me.
Very light weight (5.5g) , very simple to use (1 dial, nothing else), ideal for park flying machines which use normal servos as opposed to specific 'retract' servos. Give your machine a nice scale retract effect. These are designed/built/manufactured here in Australia, this is an Australian product. More details - http://nqrc.com/?vp=PLD-GOSLOW2 - $23 AUD (About $20 USD)
