I didn't mean touchy like it's a bad thing but thanks for your concern. I like a sharp, responsive plane as I tend to gently lean on the sticks rather than pushing them around for normal flight. I'd rather start out twitchy and tweak it as I get used to it rather than start dull and try to wring more out of it. 30% sounds like a good starter for sure as it was only the minor corrections that were a bit jerky. It's pretty balanced in terms of pitch and roll (yep to elevons and TV) so I'll fiddle with the expo and then do a bit of flying inverted to have a closer look at the CG but I think that's ok at this stage. I'd be disappointed if this plane didn't get the heart pumping!!
