"As for my statement it is true the added weight of the plastic blades slows down the response of the FBL unit making it less effective."

My experience is exactly the reverse - I'll take the heavy blades every time.

So what E-stab units are you using?
What servos are you using with them?
What is your servo speed?

None of which has got much to do with the fact that a rotor that reacts slower to gusts is inherantly easier to stabilize.

I am still interested in your direct experience that lead you to prefer lighter blades.

Clearly for 3D things are different as there rpm is much higher and if the rotor is too slow you can hit blade stall in hard manoeuvers

Yes grip is fine left at 5mm on the grip and I think straight would fit more applications then the swept tip.

Kin,

Are you still planning on doing some 600 counter clockwise for A109 and MD500?

if the blades are semi-symmetical i need carefully to see make it CCW or CW direction , but if the wing airfoil is symmetical .it is no problem , but i have 600mm scale blades is symmetical . so you can let it CCW and CW ! This new come out is symmetical !

What about CF 700 scale blades , do you plan on making them as well?

And if so about what is the time frame for them?
