Help with my Blade 120

My Blade 120 just flops around when I try to run it. I can see no mechanical damage whatsoever. Any ideas? Oops! Not a Blade 120, it's a Blade MSR. I saw the 120 was the current small Blade fixed pitch, and thought it was the same thing, but it's not. So, yeah, my BBlade MSR just flops around now. No damage that I can see. Help!?

hello
if you could post a couple of clear, close-up pics, it may go some way towards minimising the guesswork. It might not, too, but more info is useful.
It's difficult to give valid suggestions based on a brief description.

I will post a picture, but there is no damage visible. It looks perfect. Everything seems to operate, the rotor, the servos move appropriately, etc. But when I go to power up, it flops onto it's side like a wounded bird. I have dozens of flights on this heli.

The MSR check you auto rotation bar. The swah/plate pin pops out real easy and will make heli flop over. If ok are all your ch's normal ??

Okay, so this post made me look more closely at the head, and there was a rod end link missing between the swashplate and the fly bar. I don't know why I didn't see it before. Thanks!
