What the heck is the matter with people? This is more disgusting to me than the article about the Taliban targeting a 14 year old girl and this happened in Texas.

That's a good candidate for death, breed that mess out. There is no reason in the world to hit a 2 year old other than a slight pop on a diapered but to correct them.

I thought I read in the article that mom is the one that turned her in. Sometimes you have to accept that some people are just bad people and that their parents are not to blame for it. I'll bet her mom is sick with grief...

If it were me or my sisters did something like that mom would have taken the law in to her own hands, we would not make it to safety of a police station.
