The MAC calculation is airfoil agnostic, it is based on the format of the whole wing, not the airfoil.

That said, the percentage ahead of MAC that we use as CG is airfoil-dependant (and parametrizable in my calculator), so you can adjust.

I have no personal experience with KFM airfoils, so anyone with more experience with KFM can jump in.

KFM does definitely have an influence on the CG.hence me asking.though I'm sure it can be done correctly.i've used this calculator for quite some time now,before I knew about the thread

EDIT: BZZZt, wrong, you imperial guys in airmodel wing load calcs normally uses ounces per square foot, oz/ft2.

ok guys, some minor corrections (ajax timeout, translations, etc) and one minor but useful feature: wing load calculation.

If the wing load field is not been calculated with the weight correctly filled, reload the page to force-download wingcgload.js (ctrl-R, cmd-R, whatever force-reloads your browser). I'll have a fix for that in the next version.

I am not an active member on this forum but here I've found there is a trace of the CG calculator versions.

I am using Win 7 64bit and Chrome. If I enter a value in the Weight field the Wing Load field remains empty.
Is there something I am missing or do wrong?
