Painting FFF

My Stealth Sport didn't look so stealthy in pale green fan fold, so I slapped on a coat of black paint for the proper look. My method only added 10 gm's of weight and produced a skin for some added strength.

Here's how I did it..............

Remove the plastic coating on the FFF and paint as follows.....mix an equal amount of white glue like Weldbond and acrylic craft paint together. Now add at least and equal amount of water and mix well. Add as much water as will work to keep the weight down. The water only acts as a carrier for the paint pigment and will evaporate later. Use a good soft bruch that you can load lots of liquid into, so you can get it to flow into all the low areas.

Sounds great, goldguy. I've had great success with straight acrylic craft paint, leaving the film on the FFF.

How about a picture of your StealthSport?
