My new toy the BULLET from SUSA

well here are a few picture's. i plan on using my old power setup from the ol' siren a multiplex 4g-480 with 4.4 gb,thunderpower 2200v2 3cell,13-7 graupner cam folder. look at the nice spar in the shipping box . the guys at SUSA know their stuff . also looks like i will need some help from the building gods out their. for one their is no T nuts in the fuse just hard wood (wing bolts and tail). i will be using z-poxy for any gluing (motor mount and control horns). the fuse is roomy the 2200v2 looks kinda lost in their. alex at susa recommends a neu 1110 1y with a 6.7 gb. i know evan d getting one these motors and plane.

I like this plane and I am interested to see how this comes out. This, to me looks like a molded Bandit replacement......

You dont have to invent a weel here.
Thank You for the pics.I did not say flaps I sayed wipers.
But as I can see it does have a wipers and both aelerons and flaps bottom hinged .Thats weird ,but great. You may choose your own way how to make the linkages.I like this one better and better. For the price it is a great buy.Good luck with your build.

Hi Scott,

It seems like a good airframe. I like the canopy which is a rare 'feature' in nowaday market, though many might think it will lessen the strength of overall airframe, but I found it work be ok with the expereince I have done to one of the Absolutes, and an old Twin. Both have been powered up to over 1kw.

Could you kindly help to weigh the wings?
Thanks in advance.

David

Looks like a T tailed Micro Flash. Also called the AlexTE by the original manufacturer http://www.nanmodels.com/

Same company made my Spirit2.5E (AlexE XXL) that I got from SUSA - nice plane.

In the quest for information I may never need or use...

Do think a 4S 3300 will fit through the opening?

140x45x25mm

Your 2200 is, 110x33x25mm so it's pretty wide, 12mm wider.

Scott,
Thanks for the data, that weight seems quite good which is similar to my second NIB CAT (AKE Tigre in HL), just checked, it weighs 346grs, , but considered the added flaps in yours, but it must be lighter than a Zoom sport I had some time ago. Yours seems more stiffened if cfk is used thoroughly the outter skins...
I look forward to hear more about it from you, ENJOY it. Hope I could have get an excuse from your report to own one
Is it wide enough for a 34mm dia motor? (is yours motor have dia=28~29mm?) I have few Kontroniks geared twist 33 or 47 deeply drown in my draws........
Good Luck.
