BEVRC is saying they are in stock now.

I would consider one but I have a Ritewing Blunt 66 filling the duty. I m following the thread for tips, especially if anyone fits retracts.....which I plan to do shortly.

Yeah, I plan on retracts eventually too. Servoless retracts are the only way to go in a foam plane, IMO.

There is an update over on that thread. I opened up the Landers Metal unit and found QC a little casual. 2 beads of solder on the circuit board that were crossing wires and a blockage to a micro switch. A magifying glass and an exacto blade fixed the problem.

These big wings are tough to launch solo unless you are on the edge of a slope.

I have success 75% of the time... everything is too expensive to risk on the other 25%, especially when my wife sees the invoices. J

If you have a good chucker it should not be a problem Just make sure when it is thrown there is no left tilt --left and torque on takeoff can be hairy,mine is ready for maiden tomorrow i can feel my heart pounding now
