Dinogy Batteries

Thanks for the heads up NitroCharged!

Dave,
How are these babies performing?
Have you had time to get them cycled and run in one of your jets?
Im just baffled by the 5c charge rate..Was expecting something like 10 to 12c?
Although i do not charge my batteries so hot its nice to know they can take it...the nappy-techs are 10c and the TPs are 12....
I guess the proof is in the pudding as they say.......So hows the pudding taste Nitro?
Give us a heads up when time allows..They are certainly filling the void we have talked a lot about...After the 325s (tp) there was nothing in the 65c discharge to fill the void all the way up to about 800mah so these batteries are sorely needed for the micro jet flier...
Thanks for the find and heads up Dave!!
Take care all..........Chris

Chris T,
Try dinogylipos.com

I will say Ive heard a few negative reports..Prices going up which is too high!
The weight is heavier than advertised and theres no way they have a 65c discharge...Im hearing nanotechs are better,,and they are certainly cheaper....

They do come in some of the sizes we need to fill the mid level mah void we have in 65 c discharge but I will be waiting for some TPs, Gens ace or just buy some more nappy-techs.....
I like the TP gen 6 but they need to fill the void left between the 325s and the 800s I think it is....We need some new choices!!

You out there Thunder Power!!???????

Hope that helps.................Chris

I think Chris was thinking even smaller than 325, probably around 100mah or less

I run the dinogy 5000 mah size in my race boats. I used to be sponsored by TP and walked away from that to run and sell these batteries. The price of the 2s 350 is $10. Compared to TPs $16.99. My prices have never gone up so I don't know what that's about. There was a mistake on the website on the 3s 350 packs got listed at $10. But one lucky person got 4 of them for that price. I hope he's not complaining. My packs come with a 6 month warranty and I take care of you. My next order comes in in another week or so and then I will have 2s 350, 450 mah and 3s 350,450 and 600 size.

Just to clear things up a little:

TP G6 325mah lipo's 'should' deliver +18 amps. They max out at 8 amps. What is good about them is they hold voltage and don't puff even when maxing them out again and again.

Nano-techs are unsuitable for heavy loading. They barely deliver 6 amps. They swell up after a few heavy runs and go downhill from there. However, if you use them in a light load situation, they are fine.

If Mark were to label his lipo's with a true C rating (unlike max amps who think the 1 second current burst when shorting the wires together gives the true C rating... ) no-one would buy them because they 'read' like they are not high end.

His pricing surprised me. Yes, I paid for the lipo's I got from Mark and I did tell him I liked his pricing on them.

The last thing to do for me is to fly them and report back how they perform in the real world.

C'mon good weather!

Mark,
I was not trying to ruffle any feathers I just was planning to buy a few and saw the price jump from 10 to 15 dollars on the 3s 360 packs....
Noone has complained to me about your prices and i now realize the price listed a couple days ago was just a mistake...
I do have a few friends that have tried them with mixed results(haiiyin) but I will wait until more folks have run them before i pull the trigger.....
I am curious to see how many amps they can discharge at before lvc problems kick in...I tend to run high amp systems and like the absolute highest discharge rate I can get without hurting my batts..Its not a knock on your batteries and I hope to see some good test posted....but for now I will stick with the TPs for a few extra bucks as they are taking my abuse so far...lol on the so far...

When you get the new stock I will try a 450 and 600 as this is the size batteries I am in need of....Will see how it goes from there...If possible please post here when your new shipment is in....

Edit:you are right they are testing haiiyin(sp.) not your batts. .was pm'd about post..I should say that for the most part they are holding up well and the faulty batt was immediately taken care of so the customer service seems to be there as well..Nice to know there are more choices becoming availible monthly...

Supposedly there is a new type of higher output batts in the works now and will see outputs jump once again!!!!

I don't know who's tested these packs yet since I haven't sold any except for nitrocharge and one other. I have yet to hear anything from anybody yet.

A friend of mine has the sabre and I may go fly with him on Saturday and try one of my packs in his plane and see how they compare to the stock batteries.

Nitro,
Do you have a verdict for us?
Just curious how the lvc held up when put on a high power draw?
Are they as good as the TPs..
Im thinking of just hooking up 2of the 325s in series to make 650s for my scorpion...that should increase the output power(amps) x2 shouldn't it?
