Found two different sites that gave diameters.

First said Small is 4mm and Medium is 6mm.

Second gave this list:

Small 1/8 inch
Medium 3/16 inch
Large 1/4 inch
X Large 3/8 inch

Length 24 inch for about 6 USD

Both sites were US Sellers

I use the foam rods that come with several helicopter(911etc.) to protect the sticks ofthe tx. cut with hot wire u get 4- 6 wheels of each.... if u run out of spply order heli, or search fishing rod building suppliers, they usually sell neoprene rods of different size for fishing rod grips. or get neoprene sheets from the local crafts and art shop and cut your own wheels....

There is a big discrepancy betwee the metric and SAE dimensions here!!!

If the metric sizes are right, then:

4 mm is about 5/32"

6 mm is about 1/4"

Hi Pete,

Could you list the sites that gave the dimensions?

356Jim,

You're right. I prefer the inch sizes to be correct. The metric would make them too big for most of my uses.

If you consider 1/32" big, then I guess there is.

Just remember, as you stretch the tube around the rim, the diameter of the tube will get smaller.

Oh, and to be pedantic, there is no such thing as an SAE dimension. SAE refers to a set of standards defined by the Society of Automotive Engineers. It is not a system of measurement.
