Question
Anyone know of a bluetooth controller for sims on Android?

I have a few R/C sims on my android phone & tablet.

I am looking for a bluetooth R/C type (Tx style) controller so I can fly the sims with a "real" controller rather than just the screen. I do not want an "X-box" style, I would like something that would be close to a TX.

Anyone know of one?

If you do, please post a link.

Thanks
Terry

How would the TX not block the view of the screen?

I was thinking of something like this:
This is a quick photochop, but you get the idea...

I was only making a joke, based on the mental image I had when I read your post.

I know.

I am just trying to jog some creativity here, and hopefully get one of the sim makers to do this..

I would love to do this for PicaSim (Android and iOS). It would be great to know how something like

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...8.usbjoy&hl=en

or

https://play.google.com/store/apps/d...axiscontroller

works.

Android Blue Tooth controller for SIM

ok, SO, I read this original post and was thinking something totally different.

My apologies for shirt tailing, but I am looking for a Droid or iPhone emulator for a Tx emulator that can do a decent job (4 chnl min) for planes & multi rotor. This would look like a regular joystic configuration to an EMU/ launcher running on the notebook. I do not want to carry around a dumb Tx, or big joystick or real radio with my notebook everywhere. I already have a iPhone or Droid. Where is a emulator that will link a smartphone via blue tooth to my Notebook where I run either RealFlight or Phoenix?? I've looked fair amount. Already carry the notebook & phone all the time for work, travel a bit.. To me this would be really great, and would pay more than the cheap sim TX you see all the time.

Again, apologies to the original post, this is a different flavor. Err, no offense, but not running sim on a Droid device. Want the Droid to do a good job as a Tx emulator. Maybe I am searching with the wrong keywords or google is not my friend ??

wishful thinking ...

Going out on a limb, I bet you don't have a legit copy of either Phoenix or Real Flight, with your talk of emulators. Sorry, you don't get a vote.
