My first crawler SCX10 mechanics
Here is my first attempt at building a rock crawler. I started with Axial SCX10 mechanics and went from there. Alot of custom fitting and fabrication. Many, many aftermarket parts. I used a DIG unit on the front axle so I can run in 2WD or 4WD. I have a few more touches to add and I want to get some pictures in its envirement with a good camera, and of course so video of it crawling.

I love it. Totally different than any other car or truck driving. All low speed and brute power, keeps your attention trying to find a way through rough terrain. As far as the Axial SCX10 drivetrain, you can't get much more scale, plus it is a brutal, bullet proof drivetrain. I'm glad I picked this one for my project, if I do it again (and I probably will) I will use this drivetrain again.
