Hi All just thought id share another video of my MQX doing some aerobatics using the standard equipment found in the RTF version. i do have it bound to my DX7 also but when im on my Motorbike its easier to transport with the std transmiter, this was me seeing what could be done with the std gear, at the end is a few outtakes which made me laugh at the time....enjoy

I will be more specific in all my future misdirections.
Being fairly new to these Spektrum transmitters, and as I only have a DX5e and a RTF Blade MLP4DSM at this point, and have never seen a DX6,7, or 8 without the i, I plead for restraint during the sentencing portion of this trial

Boy am I glad somebody with a red neck set me straight on the difference between the two!! I saw a DX6 advertised one town over from me on Craig's List and was ready to buy it until I learned they are light years apart!!

FINALLY - the UK is getting it's BNFs! Mine came this morning; bound it to my DX6i; stuck in my usual negative expo (it's the way I fly!); stuck in a battery, and AWAY!
Flies good round the house - too windy outside for now. Orientation a problem, as on my bigger quad - going to stick a bright ball on it's arse; that'll help.

As for the ball you would find it easier to fly with the ball at the front rather than the back.

Well - I loved it for a while! After 3 or 4 flights, the Rx seems to have 'unbound' itself from the Tx - just get a blue flashing light. YES, I've done all the usual checks, including trying to re-bind. Nothing
Don't say it's buggered on it's first day?

My mQX is going bonkers. The first 20 or 30 flights were great. I learned how to fly and hover and battle the wind but now it's going nuts. Two things specifically. 1. When it takes off, it goes back and to the right. and 2. When I am in control during flight it just makes crazy wonkey moves that I didn't tell it to make.

I'm using a Spektrum DX6i Transmitter.

Any Ideas?

Anyone have a link to a good troubleshooting page for the mQX.

There could be something going bad on the controller board but it's usually a motor starting to go bad. The motors and shafts and their bearings are the only moving parts on these little guys. Check for bearing binding, but buy some spare motors to try. One of each rotation for testing purposes might be enough. I think you will find your solution there.

Don't say it's buggered on it's first day?

Unplug the battery for a long time......1 minute or so and try binding again.

I have this problem often, works OK after waiting.
