Shipment problems
I have been a loyal Hobbypartz customer for some time. I have ordered all my LIPO batteries from them. Lately, it is taking them longer and longer to process and ship in stock orders. My last order was made a week ago, and it still does not show up as processing. I went on the online support chat 2 days ago, and they told me it would ship that night. Then yesterday, when it still had not processed, I went to online chat, and they said it would ship last nigh and a label had been printed. Well it still did not ship and today they told me that they have no idea when they will be able to ship my in stock order.
This will probably be my last order from Hobbypartz.
