I think it works on any quad that has accelerometers, not sure if it'll work on ones that don't. It's a good discovery in any case.

Influenced by the X4 hype I've made a H36 Nano Hybrid, as I only build FlySky (9x) compatible nano-/micro hybrids.

This Hybrid flies very stable. No wobbles, even at that size.
As the H36 board doesn't have sockets, you can solder the motors dirctly to the pads.
I soldered some 1.25mm Micro JST sockets on the board to be able to change it without resoldering.

Some Data:

Size: 78mm x 78mm
(The motorholder makes it bigger. With U816 motorarms, 60mm x 60 mm can be achieved)
Weight : 24g (without battery)

Hmm, I pulled the trigger to the board now.
Lets say in a month I will be able to do a comparison between my "real" X4's and a X4/H36-Hybride.
My personal fear is the combination er9x/flysky+H36-board+X4Shell will nuke the original down....

But you can only fly it with a hobbygrade transmitter, if you buy a Devo8 / Devo10 and build up a special module.

With my mod, I can use my 9x.

If you ever used a "grown" transmitter you wouldn't get back to a toygrade one.

Btw. I have 7 Hybrid-micros and 3-4 in spares. It's enough for me.
