Some pics of full Scale Waco Bi-plane for references

I was taking pics and movies of a full scale Waco Bi-plane today for anybody who might need some scale references to add that little extra touch to their builds.

I only help that this helps someone for full scale info to trick out their RC bipe.

Thanks for those.

The WACO people are really nice. When I was building Pete's prototype I emailed them for some cockpit photos and they sent me a batch from one of the planes that was being built.

Company name

WACO (referring to the aircraft) is usually pronounced "wah-co"[1] (the first syllable pronounced as in "water"), not "way-co" like Waco, Texas, whose name is entirely unrelated. The name comes from a field near Troy, Ohio - Waco field, which in turn received its name from a local war-cry, which had several variations. Although an acronym, the company was universally referred to as "Waco".

From Wiki so not cast in stone.

It is officially only pronounce like taco, like the spanish word.

Waco, even in Texas has morphed into the "gringo" pronunciation "way-co", but even that is officially Wah-co like taco or Paco.

Hope this helps.

I got alot more Waco bipe pics and some movies too of it landing and taxi-ing and sitting still closeup with engine running.

What jonquinn said.

And, like ANY proper name, the correct pronounciation, is whatever the owner chooses it to be.
