A day at the pond.

Every Sunday, SRBC (Shakujii Rdio control Boat Club) get together to have fun running our R/C Boats. Some pics from today. Here, running R/C Boat is allowed ONLY on Sundays. Also, ONLY sailboats, steam ships and electric boats are allowed. Internal combustion engine powered boats, as well as high speed boat are PROHIBITED. As you can see in the attached images, this pond is primarily for row and peddal boats. We are indeed lucky to be able to use this pond to enjoy our R/C Boats here, in Tokyo.

Thanks for the photos, Suirendoujin, it must be tricky to sail among the people in the rowboats.

This is from last week. I was late arriving at the pond and the guys were already packing up. Sea trial of club president's Q.B.Boto, SRBC version of Springer Tug, and some contraption.
