Just to ask a question; I know both of the initial designs of the LCS's had problems launching RHIBS with the original design and I know subsequent models had had them modified does this one?

Foo, can you elaborate on the early problem? I'm not aware of this.

I can recall an article on U.S.S. Coronado that said the design has been modified for the launching of the RHIB. both designs failed that part of trials initially and they were talking about a redesign (something the LCS's were supposed to be easy to do on) to fix that part of the punch list. I try to look it up later........

lcs 2 plans

Wow, the framing looks great and I'm glad you will change the sturn to lower the jets further into the water.
So far things look great.

LCS2 Problem

I think they are talking about the launch craine that extends through the sturn doors as it was not working when I was building my LCS 2,?? OK

most of it has been the "Jenny Craig" weight loss program that he had the hull on! Nick busted a right angle cutting attachment on his drill trying to cut the 6mm plate....so it was out with the gas axe!! Plus lots of tinkering with ideas on paper for the set up of his jet unit.
