I have 120cm zagnuts, which i built with a very thin profile and a 2200kv motor. I flew it straight up and had no better idea than to try a brutal power dive which ended in massive flutter. The lipo came down by itself from about 100 meters up and I was lucky enough not to kill anyone. The wing came down like a leaf in the wind. THe carbon sparr inside--give or take at the CG--was shattered as if made of paper. Pretty incredible. ANyhow... I need to replace it and need advice on the best reinforcement. Any ideas?

I'm thinking cut it open on the bottom side perhaps a 1" wide piece containing the old CF. Put in some spars if you want to with grooves cut in the bottom where the cf will go. Put 1/2" wide strips on both sides of the carcass half way exposed. Mount a new CF on the replacement 1" strip. Then glue in and tape over.
I used an arrow from walmart in mine. Lots of criscrossing fibered packing tape on the outside and foam spars
