What scale is the Seabex? How large a rotor span, can it handle? Both of these, will help determine what is available. Also, there are certain types of helicopters, that the "offshore" boats and platforms use, if you want to stay scale. With this info, we can give you a much better answer.

Maybe a passenger version of a Merlin or a Westland 30?

I think the Seabex One is 1:75 scale.
1/72nd scale is a popular aircraft scale.

Seabex One is 1/75 scale, rotor span will not be an issue, its has quite a large helipad. Would like to stay scale, like some sort of transport heli or supply heli maybe. The helicopter supplied is very basic, no detail at all.

This particular boat has an RC chopper (out of scale but fits) and mini sub as well.

The possibilities for choppers are endless but I prefer the floating kind. The Lynx is nice if you can find one with floats (seems appropriate if it had to make emergency landing).

Maybe an AS 350?

What timeframe are you looking for? The ship was launched in the early 1980s.

I'd look at the following 1/72 scale plastic models:

- Hughes 500
- Bell AB 47
- BK-117

These kits come with civilian decals. There are lot of other helicopters in various military schemes. Check out www.squadron.com-- select aircraft> kits> rotor wing 1/72 to see over 70 choices.....
