That was part of the point I was trying to make. I think it is irresponsible to forbid usage of a tool that potentially can help protect lives and property when a natural disaster is in progress.

They had to suspend UAV usage because they had full-scale aircraft flying all over the place -- under 500 feet, etc. It would be dangerous to allow them to continue operating.
