Looks cool. A Stryker airframe with a few modifications might be a good test platform. Might need to loose the front canard since that tends to move the CG forward.

Might need long landing gear though when in hover mode.

However, I think the designs of the DOAK 16 and X-22 are most feasible to materialize a RC-Tilt Duct-Convertiplane.
